Go-cashless is the new mantra for women in Mewat

A training conducted on cashless economy in order to promote digital transactions.Be it money matters or social issues, Deepalaya SHG microfinance programme has enabled women to look beyond their households, unit together, solve issues and start a movement in Mewat, a place hitherto known for all the wrong reasons. It was not so easy to see women come out from the four households of their house, manage bank accounts and also raise their voice against social evils.

Our SHG team has worked day in and day out to motivate them and defy age-old practices. The team has been conducting training sessions on a regular basis with the help of external consultants, bank officials to provide credit linkages, make them aware of the current government schemes and also to help them in overcoming new challenges.
