The Challenge: Education Inequality in Nuh
Nuh, one of India’s top Aspirational Districts, ranks among the lowest in literacy and education indicators.
- Female literacy stands at only 37.6% (Census 2011)
- Many families survive on daily wages and cannot afford schooling
- Early marriage, migration, and lack of awareness push many children—especially girls—out of classrooms
In Gusbethi, still hundreds of children face multiple barriers: poverty, distance,and limited access to quality education. Without support, many bright young minds risk being lost to child labour or early marriage.
