REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:  

  • Deepalaya is looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and quality-conscious professional who has a Postgraduate degree from a reputed institute in the field of MSW, MA Sociology, MBA, other relevant stream. The candidate should have an experience of working of 7 to 9 years proven experience of social work and 5-6 years’ experience as a Program Manager/Program Lead/Project Lead. 
  • Should have good communications skills along with excellent documentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills along with willingness to take up diverse projects assigned by the supervisor.
