Adv. Dr. K C George, Secretary & Chief Executive, Deepalaya had the privilege of being the Chief Guest at the Independence Day Special Assembly at Ryan International School, Mayur Vihar.
Speaking to a hall full of bright, eager young minds, Dr. George encouraged them to live with social values, use their time wisely, and remember their responsibility towards their parents, giving back through sincerity, dedication, and meaningful contributions to their parents, school, society, and the nation.
He also spoke about the Preamble to the Constitution and how its essence, justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity, can guide our daily actions and decisions. On a subject close to our hearts, mental health, Dr. George shared ways to manage anxiety, anger, and embarrassment with resilience and self-awareness. He reminded the children how fortunate they are to live a privileged life, and how empathy for the underprivileged will help them grow into not just successful, but deeply responsible citizens.
The celebration itself was a joy to witness, every detail had been thoughtfully planned: from the impressive NCC cadet reception to the multilingual welcome speech, the beautifully sung Preamble, and a vibrant array of cultural performances that reflected both talent and patriotism.
