Administrative & Logistical Support

• Assist the Program Officer in arranging project activities, meetings, and field visits.
• Support logistical arrangements for trainings, workshops, and community events.
• Ensure timely communication of project-related information to beneficiaries and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Education, Rural Development, Community Development, or a related field.
• Candidates with higher qualifications will be preferred.

Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in community mobilization, social development programs, NGO projects, or field-based initiatives.
• Experience working with schools, children, youth, women, or community development programs will be an added advantage.

• Familiarity with local communities and socio-cultural dynamics.
• Experience working with government programs, schools, community groups, or NGOs.

Travel Requirement

The role requires frequent field visits and extensive travel within the assigned project area.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Instructor to enhance spoken English and communication skills among primary school students at Hissar. The instructor will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment that promotes vocabulary development, conversational fluency, confidence-building, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct spoken English classes for primary-grade students.
• Design and facilitate interactive vocabulary-building activities to improve word usage and language comprehension.
• Organize group discussions, storytelling sessions, role-plays, debates, and presentations appropriate for primary learners.
• Encourage peer-learning activities that promote collaborative communication and confidence in speaking English.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback on language development.
