Tele caller – Fundraising & Outreach

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Telecaller to join our fundraising and outreach team. Your voice will be the first connection many people have with Deepalaya—you’ll help spread awareness, build donor relationships, and inspire contributions that fuel our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential donors, supporters, and partners.
- Clearly communicate Deepalaya’s mission, programs, and impact stories.
- Encourage one-time and recurring donations through compelling conversations.
- Follow up with interested individuals and maintain donor engagement.
- Handle inbound queries related to donations, volunteering, and partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, donor details, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to meet monthly targets.
- Share updates and success stories with donors to build long-term relationships.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus).
- Prior experience in telecalling, fundraising, or sales preferred.
- Preference will be given to applicants holding a BSW or MSW
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Basic computer skills (CRM tools, MS Excel, email).
- Passion for social impact and community development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate Physical Education classes for Students.
- Develop curriculum-aligned lesson plans that include theoretical and practical components of physical education.
- Encourage students’ participation in physical activities and inter-school sports competitions.
- Organize and supervise school sporting events, fitness assessments, and extracurricular sports clubs.
- Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of students during physical activities.
- Identify and nurture students with athletic potential for higher-level competitions.
- Maintain student records, assessments, and progress reports.
- Promote awareness of physical fitness, health, and wellness across the school.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the PGT level in a reputed school.
- Certifications: Additional certifications in fitness training, yoga, or specialized sports coaching will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about sports and student development.
- Ability to motivate students and lead by example.

Music Teaching:
- Deliver engaging music lessons (vocal and/or instrumental) for students.
- Prepare students for school performances, assemblies, and competitions.
- Encourage musical creativity and participation in choir, bands, or school music clubs.
- Introduce students to different musical instruments and genres.
- Develop lesson plans in line with curriculum standards and school policies.
- Evaluate and assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Should possess thorough knowledge to set up and manage microphones, amplifiers, speakers, mixers, and other audio equipment.
- Provide technical support for school events such as assemblies, annual functions, plays, and concerts.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe storage of all musical instruments and sound equipment.
- Troubleshoot audio issues during live performances and rehearsals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Music or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- B.Ed. preferred (or as per school board requirements).
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the TGT level.
- Proficient in Indian and/or Western music (vocal or instrumental).
- Sound knowledge of microphones, amplifiers, PA systems, and basic audio troubleshooting.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic about engaging students in music and performance arts.
