Promoting Awareness and Empowerment: Menstrual Health Management Session in Jaipur

In a joint partnership, Deepalaya in association with Good Neighbors Social Service Foundation, Bhavi Nirman Society, the Embassy of Korea, and KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) organised Menstrual Health Management session for 285 girl students of Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Chaksu, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

All students were provided with menstrual hygiene kits in this initiative that supports national and state schemes by fostering better health, dignity, and confidence among adolescent girls while promoting education and the breaking of taboos.

Dr. K. C. George, Secretary and CEO of Deepalaya along with other dignitaries encouraged students and officials alike, emphasizing the theme of “Women Empowerment and Knowledge” and reinforcing the importance of awareness for a brighter, more equitable future.
